This Privacy Policy describes how TQ Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use Nickname Creator (the “App”), available on Android with package name tq.tech.pubgfont.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Nickname Creator is a nickname and stylish text generator for games such as BGMI, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire MAX, Call of Duty Mobile, Valorant, and similar titles. The App helps you create fancy fonts, copy symbols, format text, browse name ideas, and save favorite names.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate our own servers to collect or store the names you type. Most App features work using data and tools stored on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

We do not directly collect or ask you to provide:

  • Your real name, email address, phone number, or postal address
  • Payment or billing information (the App is free to download and use)
  • Game account login credentials
  • Precise location data (GPS)
  • Contacts, photos, videos, microphone, or SMS data

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores certain information locally on your phone using Android DataStore so your settings and favorites are remembered between sessions. This data stays on your device unless you clear app data, uninstall the App, or restore from a device backup.

Locally stored information may include:

  • App preferences: theme mode (light/dark/system), dynamic color setting, haptic feedback on/off, auto-generate setting, and Free Fire–only filter preference
  • Onboarding status: whether you have completed the first-time intro
  • Saved names: styled nickname text, original text, style name, and style ID for names you choose to save as favorites

Names you type in the App (for example in the home input, Fancy Text tool, WA Formatting, or Text Repeater) are processed on your device to generate styles. We do not upload that typed text to TQ Tech servers.

Name idea lists, fonts, and symbols are loaded from files bundled inside the App. Browsing those lists does not require sending your personal information to us.

4. Clipboard and Sharing

When you tap copy inside the App, the selected styled name or text is placed on your device clipboard so you can paste it into a game or another app. Clipboard access is handled by your device operating system.

If you use the share action, the App opens your device’s standard Android share menu. We do not control what app or service you choose to share with.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Data Collection

Nickname Creator is supported by ads. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may include:

  • Banner ads
  • Interstitial (full-screen) ads
  • App open ads
  • Native-style ad placements

To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect information such as:

  • Advertising ID (AAID/GAID)
  • Device type, operating system version, and language
  • IP address (which may be used to infer general location)
  • App interactions related to ad delivery (for example impressions and clicks)
  • Diagnostic and performance data related to ad loading

This information is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners under their own privacy policies, not by TQ Tech directly. You can learn more at Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use their services.

On supported Android versions, you can limit ad personalization in your device settings (for example: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

6. Permissions Used by the App

The App requests the following Android permissions:

  • Internet: required to load and display advertisements
  • Access Network State: used to check connectivity before requesting ads
  • AD_ID: allows advertising services to use your device advertising identifier for ad delivery and measurement, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law

The App does not request permissions to access your camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise location.

7. Internet Connection

Core nickname generation, font styling, symbols, invisible name tools, and name idea browsing work offline using on-device resources. An internet connection is mainly needed for advertisements and for opening external links (such as Google Play or support email).

8. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device remains until you remove it by clearing the App’s storage, uninstalling the App, or resetting your device. If Android backup is enabled on your device, your App preferences and saved names may be included in your device backup according to your phone manufacturer’s backup settings.

We do not maintain a separate cloud database of your saved names or typed nicknames.

9. Children’s Privacy

Nickname Creator is intended for a general audience. The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App or its ads, please contact us and we will help address your request.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to design the App so that your locally stored preferences and saved names remain on your device. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal information processed by third-party ad providers. You can also:

  • Delete saved names inside the App
  • Clear App data from Android Settings → Apps → Nickname Creator → Storage → Clear data
  • Uninstall the App to remove locally stored information
  • Adjust ad personalization and advertising ID settings on your device
  • Contact us with privacy questions or requests

12. International Users

The App is available to users in multiple countries. If you use the App outside your home country, information processed by advertising partners may be transferred to and stored in countries with different data protection laws.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, advertising practices, or legal requirements. When we update it, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
